Passed her examination at the end of her year of Probation in a

satisfactory manner.

Nurse, June 25th 1888. Has worked since her Probation, in Male

and Female, Medical wards and on several occasions has had

charge for some weeks at a time of 32 patients during the absence

of the Head Nurse of her floor.

Health good, both on day, % night duty, a very trustworthy, in-

telligent nurse, and a woman of good education, is now entitled

to a certificate, which she will receive at the midsummer quarter

or whenever she leaves.
